dubai: The city is to receive three fully-equipped mobile hospital buses.An agreement was signed between Gargash Enterprises, a distributor of Mercedes-Benz, Cytomed Middle East - a medical supplier - and Dubai Government.
Jabbar Gargash, executive director of Gargash Enterprises, said: "An accident may happen at any given moment, so with these buses spread around Dubai, the time it takes for a professional medical team to treat someone with an injury will be significantly reduced."The largest bus will hold 29 patients, 12 intermediate care units, two intensive care units, an operating theatre, and 14 seats for those with slight injuries.
